The Christ Hospital Health Network has announced the appointment of Joyce Oh as its new Chief Information and Digital Transformation Officer. Oh will begin her role on October 28, following a national search. She brings over 25 years of experience in information technology and digital transformation across healthcare, research, and retail sectors.
In her new position, Oh will guide the strategic direction of the network's digital transformation efforts, managing all aspects of information technology and healthcare technology management. Her focus will be on enhancing patient and team member experiences through technological innovation and efficiency.

Before joining The Christ Hospital Health Network, Oh was the Chief Information Officer at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. There she led significant digital innovation initiatives such as cybersecurity programs and generative AI projects. Her leadership was pivotal in launching Moffitt McKinley Hospital, recognized for its advanced technology and digital patient care.
Joyce Oh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University with Magna Cum Laude honors. She completed the Business Analytics for Leaders program at UC Berkeley Executive Education and is certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library.

Oh is committed to promoting education by encouraging girls to pursue STEM careers. She also enjoys writing middle-school fiction and is currently working on a "Science Fantasy Adventure Mystery" for her two young sons.
