The Christ Hospital Health Network has been named a recipient of the Consumer Loyalty “Best In Class” Award, which recognizes the top 100 U.S. healthcare organizations for patient loyalty. The award is given by NRC Health and is based on consumer ratings, including Net Promoter Score, brand perception, and NRC Health’s Human Understanding Metric.

To be considered for the award, organizations must receive at least 150 Top-of-Mind mentions in NRC Health’s national Market Insights study, which surveys 310,000 people annually between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
