Victor DiPilla Interim President, The Christ Hospital Physicians | The Christ Hospital Health Network

Pro Football player Sam Hubbard is set to host a Thanksgiving event at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati's Larry & Rhonda Sheakley Club on November 26. The event, organized in collaboration with The Christ Hospital Health Network, aims to distribute Thanksgiving meals to 100 local families and offer activities for club members.

Hubbard expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, "I’m excited to spend time with the kids and give back to the families in our community during this special time of year." He emphasized the importance of the Boys & Girls Club in Cincinnati and his gratitude for partnering with The Christ Hospital.

Debbie Hayes, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network, praised Hubbard's charitable efforts. “Sam’s commitment and passion for charitable outreach in Greater Cincinnati is inspiring," she said. Hayes highlighted their shared mission to make holidays memorable for families across the region.

This event aligns with Hubbard’s ongoing commitment through his foundation to support Cincinnati families by providing access to food, education, and healthy living resources. It will take place from 5-7 PM at the Larry & Rhonda Sheakley Club located at 4100 Glenway Ave., Cincinnati.

The Sam Hubbard Foundation was established in 2020 with a focus on equitable access to essential resources. It has raised over one million dollars supporting various initiatives including hunger relief efforts throughout Cincinnati.

The Christ Hospital Health Network operates several medical facilities across the region and has been recognized as a leading healthcare provider. Similarly, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati offers free programs aimed at youth development across multiple locations.
