The Christ Hospital Health Network has been recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity in 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. This recognition places The Christ Hospital among 60 companies in Ohio to make the list, with a ranking of 4.5 out of 5 stars based on research and methodology conducted by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. The ranking honors companies that value diversity, as reflected in employee feedback and research.

Debbie Hayes, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network, stated, “Every one of our team members brings a unique perspective to their jobs as we are able to celebrate our differences at The Christ Hospital Health Network.” She emphasized the hospital's commitment to understanding diverse needs to provide high-quality care and experiences.

The hospital supports several resource groups led by team members to enhance their work experience. These include Black Excellence United, COPE (for those recovering from trauma or loss), empowerHER, Green Team, Pride+, and Veterans & Military.
