The Christ Hospital Health Network has been recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity in 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. This recognition places The Christ Hospital among 60 companies in Ohio to make the list, with a ranking of 4.5 out of 5 stars based on research and methodology conducted by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. The ranking honors companies that value diversity, as reflected in employee feedback and research.

The hospital supports several resource groups led by team members to enhance their work experience. These include Black Excellence United, COPE (for those recovering from trauma or loss), empowerHER, Green Team, Pride+, and Veterans & Military.

The Christ Hospital Health Network comprises an acute care hospital in Mt. Auburn, a remote location in Liberty Township, five ambulatory outpatient centers, and numerous medical offices throughout the region.
