The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati has been named to Newsweek's World’s Best Hospitals 2025 List, marking its seventh consecutive year on the list. The recognition is a collaboration between Newsweek and Statista Inc., known for their statistical analyses and industry rankings. The hospital ranked 84th among over 400 hospitals in the United States and was the highest-ranked hospital in Greater Cincinnati.
Debbie Hayes, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network, expressed pride in this achievement: “We are honored to be included on Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals 2025 list. Making the list for seven consecutive years shows the commitment of our entire team to deliver world-class clinical care and great outcomes for patients."
The ranking methodology developed by Newsweek and Statista involves input from a global board of medical experts. It includes four data sources: recommendations from peers through surveys of healthcare professionals, patient satisfaction surveys, hospital quality metrics such as treatment quality and safety measures, and implementation of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).
This year's list highlights top medical institutions across 30 countries including the USA, Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Canada, India, Australia among others.
