Healthcare providers at The Christ Hospital Health Network are organizing a free webinar titled "Walking Fearless: Orthopedic Health for Strong Women, Strong Bodies" on April 14 at noon. This event aims to guide women in enhancing their orthopedic health. The webinar will be led by Samantha Baker, DPM, a podiatric surgeon; Jennifer Chung, MD, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician; and Jessica Pykosz, PA-C, all affiliated with The Christ Hospital.
Participants can expect discussions on several topics, including women’s unique orthopedic needs, common orthopedic concerns such as back and neck pain, headache management, osteopenia and osteoporosis, prevention and pain management strategies, as well as lifestyle factors impacting orthopedic health.
