The Christ Hospital has secured a position on America’s Best Maternity Hospitals List for 2025, released by Newsweek. This recognition highlights The Christ Hospital as one of the 20 hospitals acknowledged in Ohio for excellence in maternity care.
Newsweek and Statista, a renowned statistics portal and industry ranking provider, have collaborated once more to name America’s Best Maternity Hospitals. This selection emphasizes the importance of quality maternity care from conception through birth and the postpartum period, which is essential for the long-term health of mothers and newborns.
Debbie Hayes, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network, expressed, "We are honored to be included on Newsweek’s America’s Best Maternity Hospitals 2025 list for the third year in a row. This recognition is only possible through the dedicated physicians, midwives, advanced practice providers and the entire clinical and support team members that surround each and every patient."
The ranking by Newsweek is derived from three main pillars: a nationwide online survey of healthcare professionals and hospital managers, evaluation of hospital quality metrics concerning maternity care, and a survey of the overall patient experience.

The Christ Hospital Health Network comprises an acute care hospital in Mt. Auburn, a hospital location in Liberty Township, eight ambulatory outpatient centers, and various medical offices in the region. With over 1,300 physicians and 7,200 team members, the network aims to provide exceptional and affordable healthcare. The hospital also received recognition from U.S. News & World Report as the top hospital in Cincinnati and was listed on Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals for 2025.
